Business Development Executive



Overall responsible for Sales and Marketing of Fun Play products, business development and revenue generation. To build business by identifying and selling products and maintaining relationships with clients.


To develop and execute Marketing and sales strategy for the assigned region (Central / Western) that ensures attainment of individual as well as company sales goals and profitability.
To handle Sales Promotions and exhibitions.


1. To maintain the relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, recommending new opportunities and service improvements.

2. To identify product improvements or new products by remaining present on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

4. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.

5. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

6. Negotiating on price, terms, delivery and specifications with buyers and closing the sales.

7. Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

8. Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

9. Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

10. Handling existing and developing new clients for business growth.

11. Responsible for sales and marketing of all products of the Company.

12. Solving technical and commercial issues of the clients with the coordination of internal team.

13. Seek forecasting from customer for future orders.

14. To provide after sales support for customer by co-ordination between different functions within the Company.

15. Collect market intelligence and competitors activities and gather market and customer information

16. Ensure systems and processes are in place and compiled with.

17. To achieve collections as per terms of order copy in order to avoid outstanding.

18. Co-ordinate with HOD to ensure timely orders processing and dispatch of ‘ZERO’ defects products.

19. Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports, Annual Sales budget report and analysis. Sending Various Sales report & Daily report to Marketing Manager.

20. Ensure the confidentiality of customer list/mailing list and other sensitive company information.

21. To prepare Quotations according to the customer business needs.

22. To provide the accurate feedback on the future buying trends to the Marketing Manager.

23. Report every day to Marketing Manager in respect of daily plan, order, collection, outstanding.

Marketing Coordinator Tender Documentation

1. Job Description:

To prepare quotation of dealers and executives , email, courier and filing.

2. To prepare work orders and Orders in hand.


4. Assisting in filling up New Vendor Registration forms for corporate clients.

5. To Assist in downloading / uploading tenders

6. Keeping updates about the latest tenders.

7. Follow up India – Mart, Tenders etc.

8. Collect check list of Orders received.

9. Prepare invoice and challans – if required.

10. Maintain and update customer databases and Prospects in soft copy.

11 To send mailers daily and handle all other correspondence, internally as well as externally.


11 Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as directed by HOD.


15. Assists in advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials

16. Assist in executing marketing events such as trade shows and conferences.

17. Maintain files and information such as contracts and agreements for key vendors,dealers.

Marketing Coordinator


Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities, provides administrative support, assists in marketing operations and sales support as assigned by the HOD. Work independently on marketing projects according to agreed timelines and special requests.



1. To send mailers daily and handle all other correspondence, internally as well as externally.

2. To look after Goa region, doing tele call to generate enquiries for the same, sending quotation and follow up with the client.

3. Handling after sales department.

4. Handling installation department, maintain installation report and register

5. To handle all tender related work.
